It’s a well–known fact that resistance training improves strength. Little known, however, is that there are different types of strength, like agile strength, maximal strength, relative strength, starting strength and others. In addition, the development of each type requires a specific exercise training approach. In this interactive session, we will cover the physiology of each, as well as define how each type is distinctly different from the other, and how to best train each type for maximum effect.
