Have you ever had a difficult time teaching a client a new exercise? Learn techniques for coaching exercise as a function of integrated movement patterns rather than isolated muscle actions. Help clients improve their coordination and movement skills by learning simple coaching techniques for basic movement patterns. Once a client learns how to move efficiently, he or she will be able to progress quickly into strength training.
