422: Club Spotlight: Equinox® Presents Parkour Power Play

Flip your path to fitness into an action-packed hour of power and play. Born in the streets of Paris, Parkour is the act of moving from point A to point B with grace and ease. In this workshop presentation, the Equinox and WFPF (World Freerunning and Parkour Federation) team will run you through several mobility and rigorous conditioning exercises to prepare your mind and body for parkour. The techniques and skills learned in this one-of-a-kind workout include rouldae (rolls), saut de chat (vaults), saut de précision (precision jumps) and équilibre (balance training). Come experience the exhilaration of looking at any environment and believing in your heart that there is no obstacle in life that cannot be overcome.
