Dancers believe that classical ballet is the basis of all dance formats. It gives you a technical foundation and offers a wide variety of moves. Learn how to combine the classical ballet repertoire into your dance aerobics classes. Instead of pointe shoes, we’ll wear a big smile and hit the dance floor in a grand jeté!
