In this session, you will experience a minimum of 12 innovative and challenging exercises designed for a strength training circuit workout. Learn how to incorporate body weight exercises and those that use small studio equipment into a circuit workout that focuses on functional strength. Explore how to use the pillars of resistance training, stability and mobility to create a dynamic training session for participants of all levels.
