301: C-4 Explosive Training for All Clients

The C-4 method focuses on the use of compound exercises, complex training, calisthenics and circuits to incorporate power training into the conditioning programs of athletes, nonathletes and those with special needs. Experience fundamental training principles required to effectively develop, progress and modify exercises and drills based on a client’s individual skills and abilities. In addition, attendees will gain valuable hands-on training experience and learn dozens of new training drills and exercises during the lab portion of this presentation.
