Explore combination training in the yoga and Pilates disciplines. Embark on a journey with the premise that evolved movement yields an evolved experience with mind-body cross-training. This hybrid program captures the best of mindful stability and mobility. You will hold, move and link postures and progressions with refreshing combinations of both standing and floor positions for mat work and barefoot classes.
