314: Breathing Positive Psychology: Get HAPPY-Heart-Mind Activities Promoting Positive Years

Applying research and experiential learning, the goal of this session is to encourage well-being and promote optimal human functioning. Similar to Socrates’ investigation of virtue and views about living the good life, adding positive movement enriches our lives and society. By linking positive psychology and physical activity, we will explore appreciative movement, sustainability and best-exercise practices.
