230: Breakthrough Core Development Training
Core training continues to be one of the biggest buzzwords in the fitness industry. While it goes without saying that core strength and stability are critical to successful performance and reduction of injury, the latest scientific research indicates that many strength and conditioning professionals may be focusing on techniques that are either counterproductive or ineffective. In this session, the most current literature related to core training for sports performance and fitness will be discussed. Participants will have an opportunity to learn several breakthrough core training drills and techniques and when to best implement them.
