This one-of-a-kind workshop uses the BOSU Balance Trainer to strengthen your feet, ankles and legs. Learn techniques to help prevent kinetic chain injuries and improve lower-body movement quality. You will leave this workshop understanding the benefits of barefoot training and you will learn a variety of foot and leg conditioning routines that will transfer to disciplines such as yoga and Pilates.
