242: BOSU®: Plyo Progressions
Quick, explosive and reactive movement is essential for developing the athleticism necessary for sport and life at ALL ages. This workshop focuses on the core, and lower- and upper-body plyometric progressions that can be appropriate for most clients and athletes. We will focus on deceleration and movement progressions on the floor, then take it to new heights with plyo training! Come and learn the science, drill mechanics, teaching cues and progressions to successfully implement this type of training into fitness and sport programs.
