243: BOSU®: Plyo Progressions
Quick, explosive and reactive movement is essential for developing the athleticism necessary for sport and life. This workshop focuses on lower– and upper–body plyometric progressions, which can be appropriate for most of your clients or athletes. Focus will be on deceleration and movement progressions on the floor. Then we'll take it to new heights with the BOSU Balance Trainer and Stax Risers. Don't be intimidated by plyo training!
