In this workshop, the BOSU Balance Trainer is used to enhance flowing yoga-inspired sequences. You’ll learn a variety of pose combinations that train the body for muscular stamina and generously open up the tight areas so common in our students and clients. Take away seven sequences that help equalize balance, strength and flexibility between the right and left sides of the body while creating a mindful atmosphere of moving meditation.
