Athletes and clients of varying abilities want to gain skills that will transfer to their chosen sports, recreation or daily activities. This session will focus on exercise progressions using the BOSU Balance Trainer, the BOSU Ballast® Ball and other equipment that can be utilized for cardiovascular training, balance and equilibrium, multidirectional movement, quickness and agility, athletic strength and power, rotary and core strength, eye-hand coordination, and dynamic flexibility. Discover how to progress, regress and adapt each exercise progression to accommodate most fitness and skill levels.
