325: Boot Camp-The Airope™ Sampler Workout

In this workout, the participants will be exposed to a unique blend of high-intensity interval work and explosive power movements using the Airope, BOSU® Balance Trainer, medicine ball and stability ball. This class is great for athletes and your die-hard exercisers.
