If your facility is low on available equipment, or you simply don't have the room for all the tools most trainers use with their at-home, in-club and corporate clients, you can still design effective programs using only body weight as resistance. Come get the facts on the many advantages to body-weight training, as well as information on limiting factors, proper progression, maintaining standards and preventing injury. All trainers need to be able to offer a wide array of body-weight-only resistance training options.
