Become a supertrainer! Join in on this fun, interactive course using multimedia to review the foundation of biomechanics and how the fundamental principles are applied in the exercise setting. Gain a general understanding of the physics behind certain exercises and visualize the forces that create body movement and how they affect the structures of the body.
