Experience Beam-Lates, a program that incorporates a balance beam with many of the traditional moves from the Pilates repertoire. Working on this 6-inch-wide surface requires participants to move with precision and heightened awareness. You will realize how employing your experiential senses and somatosensory system provides a fresh approach to Pilates. Gain a new appreciation of ideas that can be implemented immediately, working one-on-one with clients or in a class.
