177: BBU: Reforming the Shoulder

Using imagery, experiential anatomy and new Pilates-based reformer exercises, you will learn to balance the strength, stability and mobility of the shoulder to create optimum function. Pilates movement principles relating to training the shoulder will be reviewed and you’ll learn variations on traditional exercises and new moves. You will walk away with great tools for training clients of all kinds, including athletes, men and beginners.
