350: BBU: Reformer Choreography to the Max!

Spice up your classes! Using the traditional reformer exercises as a base, we will take you to the next level of choreography on the reformer by adding small props and a variety of positions and variations. Creative use of this conditioning tool will add variety to the classical work and transform it to a contemporary style that will please any student. The use of small props intensifies the standard repertoire by experimenting with rhythm changes, beefing up the intensity and playing with the repetitions and sequencing.
