Special time: 1:30–2:30pm. Ramp up your core moves with some of the most inexpensive pieces of equipment—small stability balls! Discover how the entire body can be easily challenged leaving your clients wanting more. In this workout, you will utilize small stability balls to increase body awareness, correct alignment and engage the core muscles.
