332: Balanced Body® Reformer Progressions for the Upper Body

Developing upper-body strength and stability is often a challenge, especially for female clients. Learn specific sequences on the mat and reformer to develop this area for balanced and functional strength. These exercises are great for training female athletes, yogis and everyone who wants to stand tall and move with confidence in the world.
