343: Balanced Body® Reformer Progressions for the Core

- Overlaps Time Block K1, L

Learn new exercises and exciting sequences on the reformer to enhance core strength and stability while optimizing spinal mobility. Add new sequences to the traditional exercises to increase rotation, core integration and deeper, full-bodied engagement. Intensify your classes by experimenting with rhythm changes, beefing up the intensity, playing with the repetitions and sequencing, and using small props.
