Developing upper-body strength and stability is often a challenge, especially for female clients. Learn to assess your client’s fitness level, then get specific sequences on the mat to develop balanced strength and stability in a progressive way. Small props will be used to enhance the experience. Great for training female athletes, yogis and everyone who wants to stand tall and move with confidence in the world.
