249: Balanced Body®: Anatomy in Three Dimensions™

Time Block E - Friday, 2:50-5:40pm
Presented by: Nora St. John, MS
Session Format: Lecture / Workshop

Using the Anatomy in Three Dimensions system, we will build the primary muscles of the lower limbs with clay on specially designed skeletons. You will learn the origin, insertion and action of the major muscles of the lower leg and foot as well as strengthening, stretching, balance and gait exercises. This is a great way to enhance your understanding of the muscles that move the lower limbs and how they work together to create a balanced foundation for movement.
