The EXO Chair combines the mindfulness of Pilates with the athleticism of resistance bands into a workout that will challenge you from the core out. The bands add intensity, variety and support to Pilates chair exercises for students at any level. In this session, you will experience a complete workout with an emphasis on the upper body.
