Being able to quickly assess a client's movement patterns and improve the pattern efficiently is one of the key skills in successful personal training. Learn several common assessments and how to use the MOTR (formerly CoreFitnessRoller®) to improve movement patterns and create neuromuscular balance. The MOTR is an amazing tool for enhancing proprioception and waking up underactive muscle groups through working with the global movement systems in the body. This workshop will focus on creating balance around the core and pelvis.
