675: Assessing, Correcting and Prioritizing Gait in Client Programs

Time Block N1 - Saturday, 1:30-3:20pm
Presented by: Justin Price, MA
Session Format: Workshop

When you walk correctly, you maintain optimal function of the feet, ankles, legs, hips, pelvis, spine, shoulders, arms, neck and head. If you want to help clients move better and experience fewer aches and pains, gait analysis and walking exercises should appear prominently in client programs. This session will teach you how to assess your client's gait, provide you with exercises to help improve the way they walk, and give instructions on how to integrate these strategies into regular client workouts.
