Let's face it, fitness professionals are just as likely as their clients to participate in sports or other physical endeavors when their bodies are out of alignment or not fully prepared for strenuous activity. Instead of continuing to thrash your body, attend this session to learn some quick movement checks you can perform before you work out or play sports. This session provides pre–activity movement assessments and corrective warm–up exercises intended to help enthusiastic exercisers enjoy pain–free and functional physical activity.
