The myofascial system responds to the lack of multidirectional movement by laying down collagen fibers between layers of fascial tissue. Sedentary lifestyles and repetitive movements during the aging process can limit optimal fascial development, leading to adhesions and loss of joint motion. This practical workshop will demonstrate how to use movement training and plyometric exercises to maintain resilient, youthful myofascial structures creating an anti-aging effect.
