Learn to create a purposeful system that will systematically progress any client to any goal. You'll learn to manipulate acute variables to achieve a desired adaptation as well as implement an integrated training plan that includes stabilization, strength and power. Learn how to include flexibility, core, balance, reactive resistance, cardio-respiratory and SAQ training into the program design for clients at all levels.
