Join the stars of the BOSU team for a block party workout that will blow your mind! Take home exercise progressions to help improve balance and agility training, dynamic flexibility, core strength, cardio conditioning, upper- and lower-body power and proprioceptive skills common to many sports. This workout is not only enlightening, but lots of fun, and will provide plenty of new challenges.
