Looking for new ideas to spice up some of your favorite workouts WITHOUT over-complicating the choreography or sending the less-than-advanced exerciser screaming? By using a simple device called the Airope, you can add upper-body movement to any workout with ease. You'll be amazed at the difference swinging the Airope can make to the simplest workouts. We will explore unique ways to incorporate the step, BOSU(r) Balance Trainer, stability ball and yoga movement with the Airope. No previous experience is required!
