It's no surprise that core training has emerged as one of the most popular trends in the fitness world. Yet, how can it be used as a tool for helping clients achieve their overall goals? Traditional core exercises typically require clients to lie on the ground and focus on moving in a single plane of motion. This does not effectively prepare the muscles for the forces they will experience during upright, ground–based movement. In this workshop, you will get the tools you need to design a core training program that prepares the body to produce, stabilize and control force in a three–dimensional environment.
