This course focuses on how to properly teach and perform mat work exercises, with special emphasis on developing core strength. Explore various ways to progress through the movement patterns with attention to core awareness and control. Learn new ways of connecting mat work patterns with innovative transitions. Precise positions, continuous flow and dynamic alignment will be emphasized.
