397: Submerge, Integrate, Balance

The dynamic medium of water makes balance poses both easier to accomplish and harder to sustain. Learn how to use this method of incorporating balancing yoga poses into a water fitness class. This unique method of utilizing the properties of water for balance and resistance will challenge and invigorate you. Body and mind integration is essential in this workout.
