You don't need to be a world-class downhill racer to benefit from this session. Take home new training ideas for various snow sports, including cross-country skiing and snowboarding. This challenging and creative ski conditioning class trains all the elements your clients (or you!) need for a podium finish or a great ski vacation experience. Don't confuse general sport conditioning with ski-specific training!
