197: 3-D Matrix Performance Series: Core Conversion
There is nothing new under the sun … certainly core training is one of those “nothings.” Training the core has been a central focus in the world of movement for quite some time. There is a reason for this…the core has everything to do with everything we do. This session will discuss what constitutes the core and how to best train the core for better function. In addition, Doug and Gary will introduce the concept of transformational zones, as well as take participants through a core conversion workout that employs various positions and actions to functionally feed the core in all three planes of motion. This session is not to be missed!
