When it comes to training the glutes, we've evolved from using machines to focusing on movements such as dead lifts, squats and lunges. However, the story is still incomplete as these movements are performed repetitively in a uniplanar fashion when the glute complex is three-dimensional in nature. This session will explore specific strategies that improve both form and function to give your clients the booty they've always desired!
