For many students, the cycling posture can be a challenging position to maintain. As a result, indoor cyclists often experience aches and pains during and after the ride. Get instruction on how to effectively activate the inner core to ensure compensating muscles do not take over and the efficiency of the pedal stroke is maximized. Help your students experience a smooth ride with a body that is both stable and strong.
