Discover exciting ways to integrate compound movements with this dynamic new GRAVITYGroup workout! Witness some inventive strategies that are intended to target complementary and opposing muscle groups. We will combine instability, muscle group progressions and dynamic motion to challenge the core. In addition, you will learn how to create compound movements using the GTS(R), and how exercise sequences progress by joining elements that build upon one another.
