301: Multidimensional Ladder Training

This workshop will teach the fitness professional how to take speed/agility ladder training to new dimensions in order to create a truly unique workout experience. Attendees will not only learn how to instruct the fundamentals of ladder training, but also have their minds opened to the infinite number of creative possibilities this modality provides. In addition, participants will have ample opportunity to learn by doing this workout in the exciting hands-on section of this presentation.
