590: Three-Speed Super Core

Time Block T - Saturday, 4:50-6:00pm

Session Format: Workout

This mid-section abdominal and core routine is unique because Tony takes you through a series of exercises that work the ENTIRE core, from your quadriceps to the top of your ribcage. This is NOT a one-speed crunch routine! We will vary the speed of each move. Like gears in a car, we’ll go from a super-slow isometric move right into a high-speed twitch burn. You'll be flat on your back, balancing on your bottom and working the torso, with plenty of time spent on your belly. Please bring a towel to this session.

Bring your heart rate monitor for this one because you're going to burn some calories!
