The lower back is greatly dependent upon the proper functioning of the feet, pelvis, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle. This session will explore these interrelationships and create strategies to improve and strengthen motion throughout the entire movement chain. Trainers will learn how to develop a tri-plane approach to lower-back health by blending traditional exercises and progressing to integrated movements.

This lecture will provide many powerful nutritional insights, such as how to deal better with inflammation, disease prevention, and improved training and recovery times.
