This fusion class blends Eastern and Western movements and mindsets to create a fusion class that brings presence of mind and awareness of body into the classroom. An easy-to-replicate fusion flow that builds around a traditional sun salutation and layers in postures and sequences, allows for all levels of fitness and experience to feel welcome and successful.
