This workshop focuses on strengthening the body’s core center for a stronger back. Core center strength is the key to a successful yoga practice, crucial to the support of the internal organs, and helpful in any fitness program. Using the YogaFit® core ball, a variety of abdominal and low back exercises are taught. YogaCore is a program for anyone who wants a stronger midsection. BYOM
