Re-examine how you use the medicine ball, stability ball and the fitball in your clients’ programs. This session will focus on balance, core stability, rotary power, force initiation and deceleration, and Linked System™ strength and how to invigorate your training sessions by providing you with new ideas and exercises incorporating these classic training tools. Progressions and modifications will be reviewed so you can design better programs for everyday clients, kids and athletes alike.
