Whether we sit, run, lift, throw—squatting becomes the foundation of many movements. However, every squat is different! Many of the rules we follow are based on the sport of squatting not the function of squatting. To understand it, you must understand the principles of function. Join us for a hands-on learning experience that applies the principles of function to assessment, rehabilitation and conditioning of the squat.
