Cyclists are prone to muscular tightness due to riding in a fixed position with limited range of motion for extended periods of time. In addition, riding bikes that aren’t a perfect fit make a stretching program more of a necessity. This workshop includes a complete ride, with interval and steady state drills and musical coaching. Then to finish it off, you will experience a variety of effective stretching techniques that feature the foam roller!
Aileen Sheron is a 30-year veteran of the fitness industry. An IDEA member and presenter for over 15 years, she is an entrepreneur with multiple videos, fitness products and articles to her credit. Aileen currently teaches at Renaissance ClubSport, the University of California, Irvine and the Sports Club/LA in Orange County, California.
