INTENSUality, inspired by burlesque, is a synergistic blend of choreography segments seamlessly woven together between blocks of muscle conditioning work using your own body weight as resistance. While many class offerings are themed around interval-based formats utilizing weights and equipment, INTENSuality relies simply on the body as the mode of stimulus.
